We look back on a year with new streaming records for Netzkino.
In 2020, Netzkino was once again able to successfully establish itself in the market of streaming providers in the German-speaking region and even exceed its own targets by more than 50%. In addition to 8 million hours of video time growth, Netzkino recorded a total of over 300 million video views in 2020 and a playtime of 120 million hours. On YouTube, Netzkino now enjoys over 1.2 million subscribers in the last year. Netzkino fans streamed over 53 million hours there, up about 4 million hours from the previous year.
In addition Netzkino has expanded its reach on other VoD streaming providers in the past year and is newly represented with its 2,000 free films in the HUAWEI App Store, RlaxxTV or 1&1.
In 2021, Spotfilm Networx is destined to push the brand building even further and enter into new collaborations such as RakutenTV, Xumo, Roku, COMPUTER BILD or the Huawei Video Store.
